The fabrication process
Engineering
The right enginnering design and the drawing of the parts ensure an exact assembly in the pump.
Foundry
The duration of a part in production depends on its mechanical properties. An exact components recept of the material is key for its success.
Fabrication
Once the metal is melted it is necesary to machine the parts according to the drawings, and ensure a right balancing of the rotating parts.
Quality control
Dimensional control and material testing ensure that the parts are properly fabricated and ready for production.
